Rigel is the main antagonist of the legend arc, and the final boss of 6-10.
Most of Rigel's moves are magical, and can be blocked with Magic Defense.
When Rigel makes a sweeping gesture with one arm, he will attack with a rising dragon in a large area around himself. This attack should be avoided at all costs, as anyone caught up in it will likely be aircomboed to death.
When Rigel's health drops below 25%, he may attempt to use his healing move, in which he slams his staff into the ground and gradually restores his health. This is his only physical move. The healing can be interrupted by using a Hard Knockdown on his staff.
